This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed through fxmeds.com. This website is operated by 2253500 Alberta Inc. operating as FX Meds.
Order Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Cancellation requests may be submitted using either of the following methods:

Please include your full name, order number, contact information, and the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation Before Processing or Shipment
If your order has not yet been processed, verified, packed, or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Cancellation After Processing or Shipment
Once an order has been processed, verified, packed, or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel the order. In that case, the order may be subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation by FX Meds
FX Meds reserves the right to cancel, hold, or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability;
- Pricing or product information errors;
- Payment authorization issues;
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer information;
- Failure to complete required identity, age, eligibility, medical document, registration, or delivery verification;
- Shipping restrictions;
- Suspected misuse, fraud, unauthorized purchase, resale, or diversion;
- Legal, regulatory, licence, or carrier restrictions.
Medical Cannabis Access and Verification
Certain products available through FX Meds may be intended only for individuals who are legally eligible to access cannabis for medical purposes in Canada.
Where required, customers must provide a valid medical document signed by an authorized health care practitioner and complete any required identity, age, eligibility, registration, and delivery verification before an order is accepted, processed, or shipped.
FX Meds may cancel, hold, or refuse an order if the required verification cannot be completed, if the medical document is invalid, expired, incomplete, or cannot be verified, or if fulfilling the order would not comply with applicable laws, regulations, licence conditions, or carrier requirements.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If FX Meds cancels your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law or subject to applicable non-refundable fees or costs where permitted by law.
If only part of an order cannot be fulfilled, FX Meds may issue a partial refund for the unavailable or unfulfilled item or items. The remaining available items may still be processed and shipped, subject to applicable verification, product availability, shipping requirements, and legal and regulatory requirements.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
