1. What is medical cannabis?

Medical cannabis refers to cannabis or cannabis-derived products that may be accessed by eligible individuals in accordance with applicable Canadian laws and regulatory requirements. Products may contain cannabinoids such as CBD, THC, CBN, or other cannabis extracts.

2. What is CBD?

CBD, or cannabidiol, is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. CBD products may be available in different forms, including oils, capsules, and other formats.

3. What is THC?

THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol, is one of the naturally occurring cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. THC may have psychoactive effects and may cause impairment, including changes in perception, mood, coordination, and reaction time.

Products containing THC are intended only for eligible individuals who meet applicable legal, medical, identity, age, and verification requirements. Customers should use THC-containing products only as authorized and should follow the guidance of their health care practitioner.

Do not drive, operate machinery, or engage in activities requiring alertness after using THC-containing products. Keep all cannabis products out of reach of children and pets.

4. Do FX Meds products contain THC?

Some FX Meds products may contain THC, CBD, CBN, or other cannabinoids. Product cannabinoid content, where applicable, is listed on the product page and/or product label.

Products containing THC may cause impairment and are not available for general, unrestricted purchase. Customers must meet applicable legal, medical, age, identity, and verification requirements before an order can be accepted, processed, or shipped.

5. Who can purchase products from FX Meds?

FX Meds products are not available for general, unrestricted purchase.

Products available through FX Meds are intended only for individuals who are legally eligible to access cannabis for medical purposes in Canada. Customers must meet all applicable legal age, identity, eligibility, and verification requirements and, where required, provide a valid medical document signed by an authorized health care practitioner.

Before an order is accepted, processed, or shipped, FX Meds may require verification of the customer’s identity, age, eligibility, medical document, registration status, delivery address, and other information required for compliance purposes.

FX Meds reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order if the required verification cannot be completed, if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, or if fulfilling the order would not comply with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Do I need a medical document?

Yes. To access cannabis for medical purposes in Canada, customers must provide a valid medical document signed by an authorized health care practitioner, where required by applicable laws and regulations.

A medical document is not the same as a standard prescription. It is a document completed and signed by an authorized health care practitioner to authorize the use of cannabis for medical purposes. The document must include the required information under the Cannabis Regulations.

FX Meds may require customers to submit a valid medical document and complete identity, age, eligibility, and registration verification before any order is accepted, processed, or shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order if the required medical document or verification information is incomplete, invalid, expired, or cannot be verified.

7. Do you ship products?

We ship only to locations where we are legally permitted to do so. Some products may require age verification, identity verification, signature upon delivery, or other verification before shipment.

8. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.

9. Can I return or refund an order?

Refund and return requests are reviewed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Due to health, safety, regulatory, and product integrity reasons, some products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or shipped.
